Okay so well talk about goobos here how does this look Your first priority in design should be to get a good flow. Waste needs to leave the building quickly and cleanly, which means pipes should be sized properly and sloped just enough to let gravity do the work. If the flow stalls, everything starts to back up, and that’s when problems begin. Keeping smells out of the building is just as important. Traps filled with water stop sewer gases from coming back up through the drains, and vent pipes help balance air pressure so those traps don’t get emptied by accident. Without these in place, even a new system can start to smell and cause health issues. Maintenance is the part people usually forget until something goes wrong. Pipes should be laid out so they’re easy to get to when they clog or crack. Cleanouts should be placed where they’re actually useful, and tight corners should be avoided. A good system isn’t just one that works today, but one that can be fixed without tearing the whole place apart.
